AGM Notice for Members For and on Behalf of the Committee – Pamela Andre - Secretary - member 810 Annual General Meeting 1:00 pm Saturday 20th February 2021 NOTE: Due to current COVID-19 restrictions Wyong Family History Group Inc. will be holding their Annual General Meeting in Building 1 of The Wyong Neighbourhood Centre, 6 Rankens Court Wyong. “The Cottage” will be open from 11:00 am-12:30 pm for those who wish to do some unassisted research. Nominations are now open for all Executive positions. Nomination forms are available at: The Cottage Tuesday to Thursday, 10:00 am – 3:00 pm. A copy of our Constitution is available for viewing by visiting our webpage, or in the office at The Cottage. |

COVID-19 UPDATE
`The Cottage `re-opened on July 1 2020 after providing an action/safety plan to the Central Coast Council indicating that we were able to reopen, operating on a pre-booking plan
Members are asked to phone `The Cottage` (02 43512211) during opening hours in advance to book a 2 hour am or pm session
Social distancing and hand sanitizing guidelines must be followed as per DOH guidelines
CORONA VIRUS (COVID-19)
Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) we regret to inform you that our research rooms at The Cottage are closed until further notice. The committee had to consider their members and took these steps after much discussion. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, a meeting will be held after Easter to investigate the possibility of re-opening mid April
